Our program comprises five days a week of one-hour sessions, ensuring consistent support and
guidance on your fitness journey. Beyond exercise, we prioritize nutrition, providing
customized plans that cater to all dietary preferences and needs.

specialize in prehab and rehab techniques. Whether you're struggling with muscle pain, back

Our Cardio HIT sessions are designed to push your limits and torch calories, providing an
intense workout twice a week. Additionally, conducted twice
a week, focus on full-body exercises to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
Divya Patel brings a wealth of expertise to Shial, holding international certifications in
personal training, prehab and rehab, strength and conditioning coaching, nutrition,
functional training, and Olympic weightlifting. Inspired by his family's legacy in the gym
business since 2004, Divya's passion for fitness drives his mission to train and empower
individuals worldwide.

I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?
My workouts and programs work with any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises.This means you'll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How long will it take for my plan to be sent?
It will take 3-4 days to build the perfect plan for you & will be sent to you 1-2 days before the start date of your program.
Do I need access to a gym?
Not necessary, we offer both gym and home-workout plans designed according to your body type, lifestyle and goals.
Will the plan be customized?
Yes, once you've purchased your plan, they will receive confirmation and a coach will contact you for your personal details about lifestyle and health.
Is the meal plan budget friendly?
All the recipes are easy, healthy and budget friendly. No crazy ingredients and very much sustainable.
Will the foods be easily available?
Yes. Your meal plan will include foods that are easily available in everywhere.
Are supplements necessary?
No. You can follow the program and see amazing results without supplements. The supplements in your program will only be recommendations as they can enhance performance, recovery and results.
