Our Cardio HIT sessions are designed to push your limits and torch calories, providing an intense workout twice a week. Additionally, conducted twice a week, focus on full-body exercises to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness.
Divya Patel brings a wealth of expertise to Shial, holding international certifications in personal training, prehab and rehab, strength and conditioning coaching, nutrition, functional training, and Olympic weightlifting. Inspired by his family's legacy in the gym business since 2004, Divya's passion for fitness drives his mission to train and empower individuals worldwide.
